So I figured I'd try to restore it via configurator. I can see it and access it in Apple configurator 2, but don't see it on my finder window anymore. After updating to Catalina I did initially see it on the finder side. I feel like I must be missing something in plain can't be this difficult to do something as simple as enrolling.
